A propósito de um comentário do lucklucky recomendo a leitura de um artigo publicado no Scotsman a 13/06/05: "Why Chunnel can't dig itself out of this hole".

The problem is that it was always a civil engineering project and not an economic project, and even when it started to run into problems they always said that it was a magnificent achievement
