Market Correction

Don Boudreaux started writing letters to the editor to various newspapers several years ago, pointing out erroneous reasoning, inconsistencies, and economic ignorance. He started distributing those via email, which inspired me to undertake a smaller scale version of his letter writing campaign. We've both been doing it with some success and distributing the letters to our friends, and so decided to make them available here as well. (We hope to recruit some more regular letter writers as well.) Our goal is to offer a market correction to the failure of many journalists to consider the economics underlying the stories they write. Sometimes we'll stray into other topics, such as the rule of law, but the general theme is economics, or the lack thereof, in the media.
